How do I report a caller who keeps calling?

Report sales calls and recorded calls at DoNotCall.gov, fraud at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, and either one to the FCC. The log writes the text for you.

DoNotCall.gov

DoNotCall.gov: After your number is on the registry for 31 days, you can report unwanted sales calls. and Report calls that use a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number is on the Registry). (DoNotCall.gov).

ReportFraud.ftc.gov

The FTC: If you've lost money to a phone scam, or if you have information about the company or scammer who called you, report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. (FTC).

The FCC

The FCC takes complaints about unwanted calls and texts at fcc.gov/complaints: Choose the "unwanted calls" category and note if your number is being spoofed, blocked, or mislabeled. (FCC).

Spam texts

The FTC: Copy the message and forward it to 7726 (SPAM). This helps your wireless provider spot and block similar messages in the future. (FTC).

What happens next

DoNotCall.gov: While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action. (DoNotCall.gov). Reporting does not promise the calls will stop.

One complaint can cover a whole campaign: the log lists every number that played the same recording.
